As long-term pioneers coming from countries with strong trading traditions (Denmark & The Netherlands), we have learned how to build expansions in Asia quickly, successfully and without overspending. This requires a hands-on approach and integrated operation.

When we choose to work with a company and invest in it, we work closely with the CEOs and become part of the expansion team, complete with local responsibility, accountability, and system integration. Only through complete integration is it possible to execute an ambitious Asia growth strategy.

A large part of our job is to establish the essential preconditions for expanding Western business in Asia. This means verifying local conditions, meeting potential business partners, liaising with local government and testing the market.
